Correction: Ref.: - Delete line is greyed out, can't delete a SO from Document Entries
Reference edits prevented due to the status.
Issue
Under Document Entries -> Manage, function Delete Line is greyed out & so you can't delete a SO (for e.g.).
Resolution
Change the reference status from read-only to read-write.
Steps
- In the Reference page header click on the pen icon to change edit state.
The pen icon will be enclosed within a circle when r/w state is active.
The colour of the reference page will change from grey to white.
