Service Running – Issues Accessing Business Central via URL with tenant ID 

User Impact:

Users using existing links/shortcuts to Business Central may see a browser 500 error

Further Information:

To access Business Central use the following link to the root site (work around). 


To resolve the issue:

Please clear cache in your browser.

Copy + Paste the following into the address bar:

For Chrome

chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

For Edge

edge://settings/clearBrowserData

Select Cached Images and files (untick others) and click Clear Data (ensure time range is All Time)
